Sunday Enrichment includes inspirational talks, meditation, music, prayer, reflection, and opportunities for spiritual growth and community connection. We gather both in person and online, and everyone is welcome.
Do I have to belong to a religion to attend?
No. Unity Kitchener welcomes people from all spiritual backgrounds, beliefs, and life experiences. Many people who attend are exploring spirituality in an open and inclusive environment.
Unity Kitchener shares practical spiritual teachings grounded in metaphysical principles that support personal transformation, compassion, mindfulness, healing, and positive living.
Our teachings include Unity’s Five Principles and the Twelve Powers/Abilities, along with meditation, affirmative prayer, and spiritual self awareness.
