Cheryl is a lifelong spiritual seeker, curious thinker, wife, mother, grandmother, and Spiritual Leader of Unity Kitchener in Ontario, Canada.

Originally from South Africa, she’ve been asking big questions about life and spirituality since she was a child, and she's still asking them. She's passionate about consciousness, human connection, community, and what it means to live well and live awake. She doesn’t pretend to have all the answers; she's far more interested in exploring the questions, considering different perspectives, and discovering what helps us live with greater awareness, intention, compassion, and authenticity.
